Mr. McCaul (for himself, Mr. Hoyer, Mr. Wilson of South Carolina, Ms. Kaptur, Mr. Bacon, Mr. Auchincloss, Mr. Rogers of Alabama, Ms. Tokuda, Mr. Turner of Ohio, Mr. Vasquez, Mrs. Wagner, Mr. Gottheimer, Mr. Barr, Mr. Case, Mr. Fitzpatrick, Mr. Vindman, Mr. Moran, and Ms. Houlahan) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, Oversight and Government Reform, Financial Services, Ways and Means, Rules, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To impose sanctions and other measures with respect to the Russian Federation, and for other purposes.
1. Short title; table of contents; TITLE I—SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION; 101. Definitions; 102. Imposition of sanctions on certain persons affiliated with or supporting the Government of the Russian Federation; 103.
