Ms. Norton introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Appropriations, and in addition to the Committee on Education and Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To provide for supplemental appropriations to increase the number of Americorps members and to increase the living allowances of such members, and for other purposes.
