Prohibits the Secretary of Homeland Security from using TSA data for CBP or ICE functions and from interfering with Trusted Traveler programs based.
The No TSA Data for ICE Act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from accessing or utilizing certain information, including personally identifiable information of a flight passenger from private sector entities, to carry out functions of U.S. Customs and Border Protection or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It also prevents the Secretary from denying, suspending, or early terminating an individual's enrollment in Trusted Traveler programs based on their participation in First Amendment-protected activities.
