Prohibits DHS from using TSA data for CBP or ICE functions and restricts actions on Trusted Traveler programs.
The No TSA Data for ICE Act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from accessing or utilizing personally identifiable information of flight passengers to carry out functions of U.S. Customs and Border Protection or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It also restricts the Secretary from denying, suspending, or early terminating an individual’s enrollment in Trusted Traveler programs based on First Amendment-protected activities.
