Establishes an official residence for the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

The bill designates a facility as the official residence for the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Department of War must select a facility within 180 days of the bill's enactment. The Speaker does not gain ownership or personal property interest in the residence. The Department of War, in consultation with the Architect of the Capitol, will manage the residence, including furnishing, utilities, security, and staffing. The resolution takes effect immediately upon enactment.
