JOINT RESOLUTION

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the seventeenth article of amendment.

article

section 1. The seventeenth article of amendment to the Constitution is hereby repealed.

section 2. This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.”.
