Directs the President to comply with the War Powers Resolution by ending military operations in Iran within 60 days and withdrawing forces within 30.

This joint resolution directs the President to comply with the War Powers Resolution by terminating the use of military forces in Iran within 60 days of the commencement of Operation Epic Fury, and to withdraw the Armed Forces within 30 days thereafter. The resolution specifies that the 60-day period may be tolled if the U.S. engages in cease-fire negotiations or has entered into a negotiated cease-fire with Iran. It also mandates a phased withdrawal of forces, except for those necessary to defend the U.S.
