RESOLUTION

Designating the week of September 21, 2026, as the “Ray Gaesser Memorial Farm Safety Week” to recognize the life and legacy of Ray Gaesser, who passed away in a tragic farming accident, and promote farm safety in the honor of Ray Gaesser.

(1) designates the week of September 21, 2026, as the “Ray Gaesser Memorial Farm Safety Week”; and
(2) recognizes—
1. (A) the important life, leadership, and legacy of Ray Gaesser;
2. (B) the sacrifices farming families make to feed, fuel, and clothe the United States and the world; and
3. (C) the critical need for the promotion of life-saving education and awareness relating to the prevention of farm-related accidents.
