Makes technical corrections to water funds for Navajo Nation, Taos Pueblo, and Aamodt Settlement Pueblos.
Amends the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to correct the Navajo Nation Water Resources Development Trust Fund. Also amends the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 to correct the Taos Pueblo Water Development Fund and the Aamodt Settlement Pueblos’ Fund. Ensures the validity of previous Secretarial findings regarding the satisfaction of conditions precedent. Authorizes appropriations for adjusted interest payments to these funds.
