A BILL
To require the Secretary of Defense to initiate interim remedial actions with respect to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances at certain installations of the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “PFAS Remediation Actions to Prevent an Increasingly Delayed Response Act” or the “PFAS RAPID Response Act”.
