A BILL
To provide women with increased access to preventive and life-saving cancer screening.
Strengthening access to cancer screening for women
Expanding cancer screening provider training
Demonstration project on co-testing for human papillomavirus and cervical cancer
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Jeanette Acosta Invest in Women’s Health Act of 2026”.
