A BILL
To require the Secretary of the Interior to promulgate regulations for the development of regional management frameworks for the take of double-crested cormorants, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Responsible Cormorant Management and Control Act of 2026”.
