A BILL
To establish a right of action through which citizens can enforce the public’s interest in the honest services of government officials.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Honest Services Fraud Improvement Act”.
