The Zeus 95 Memorial Act requires the Secretary of the Army to place a monument in Arlington National Cemetery honoring the crew members of Zeus 95 who were killed in action on March 12, 2026, in support of Operation Epic Fury. The Secretary of the Army must enter into an agreement with the Secretary of the Air Force to cover all costs for the monument's construction, installation, and maintenance. If an appropriate place in the cemetery cannot be found, the monument will be placed outside the entrance.
