To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish an emergency grant aid program, and for other purposes.
Emergency Financial Aid Grants
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Emergency Grant Aid for College Students Act”.
