Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain National Forest System land to Pennington County, South Dakota.

The bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey approximately 8.97 acres of National Forest System land in the Black Hills National Forest to Pennington County, South Dakota. The land will be used for a public works facility or other necessary uses by the county. The conveyance will occur without consideration and will be subject to any terms and conditions deemed appropriate by the Secretary. Upon the conveyance, the Secretary will also modify the boundary of the Black Hills National Forest to reflect the land transfer.
