A BILL
To repeal the Executive order entitled “Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Guaranteeing and Upholding Americans' Right to Decide Responsible AI Laws and Standards Act” or the “GUARDRAILS Act”.
