Mr. Higgins of Louisiana submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Ethics
RESOLUTION
Censuring Representative LaMonica McIver and removing her from the Committee on Homeland Security.
SECTION 1. Censure of Representative LaMonica McIver.
Representative LaMonica McIver—
- (1) is censured;
- (2) shall forthwith present herself in the well of the House of Representatives for the pronouncement of censure; and
- (3) is censured with the public reading of this resolution by the Speaker.
