The Keep SNAP and WIC Funded Act of 2025 appropriates funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) during fiscal year 2026. This includes covering costs incurred by states during any lapse in appropriations. The appropriations will cover missed benefits from September 30, 2025, until the enactment of this Act, and will continue until the earlier of the enactment of fiscal year 2026 appropriations or September 30, 2026.
