The District of Columbia Medicaid Fairness Act amends title XIX of the Social Security Act to adjust the Federal medical assistance percentage for the District of Columbia. It sets the percentage at 70% for fiscal years before 2027, 65% for fiscal year 2027, 60% for fiscal year 2028, and 55% for fiscal year 2029. For fiscal year 2030 and each subsequent fiscal year, the percentage reverts to the standard calculation without the special clause.
