A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for an H–2C nonimmigrant classification, and for other purposes.
Admission of H–2C nonimmigrant workers
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Essential Workers for Economic Advancement Act”.
