A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify personnel action procedures with respect to employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025” or the “Restore VA Accountability Act of 2025”.
