Limits Medicare coinsurance for certain services in ambulatory surgical centers.

This bill amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to limit the coinsurance amount for certain services provided in an ambulatory surgical center. If the coinsurance amount exceeds the inpatient hospital deductible, the Secretary will reduce the coinsurance to the deductible amount and compensate the supplier for the reduction. This change applies to services provided on or after January 1, 2026.
