The Air America Act of 2025 awards payments to employees of Air America and affiliated companies who provided support to the United States from 1950 to 1976. The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency determines eligibility and issues one-time lump sum payments of $40,000 to eligible individuals or survivors. Additional payments of $8,000 per year are awarded for service exceeding five years. The total amount of awards cannot exceed $60,000,000. The Act prohibits more than 25% of an award from going to agents or attorneys and limits judicial review.
