Mr. LaMalfa (for himself, Mr. Neguse, Mr. Thompson of Pennsylvania, Ms. Hoyle of Oregon, Ms. Perez, Mr. Bentz, and Mr. Zinke) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Agriculture, and in addition to the Committee on Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To extend the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Secure Rural Schools Reauthorization Act of 2025”.
