To establish an East Coast Bivalve Research Task Force.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Quantifying Uncertainty and Action to Help Optimize Growth of Shellfish Act of 2026” or the “QUAHOGS Act of 2026”.
