A BILL
To require the Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to carry out notification, review, reporting, and record preservation requirements relating to covered deaths involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “No ICE Deaths in the Dark Act of 2026”.
