Student Health Care Amendment Act of 2026

As introduced, Bill 26-688 would require students attending public, public charter, private, or independent school to furnish a Certificate of Health form created by the Mayor. It would establish epinephrine as an undesignated emergency medication and transfer the management of student access to epinephrine in public schools from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education to the Department of Health. It would also designate the Maryland Poison Center of the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy as the District of Columbia's poison control center. It would also dissolve the Perinatal and Infant Health Advisory Committee.

Closing of a Portion of a Public Alley in Square 785, S.O. 21-03369, Act of 2026

As introduced, Bill 26-689 would authorize the closure of an alley abutting Lots 844, 27, 28, 29, and 30 in Square 785 to allow for the narrow pedestrian alley (7 -8 feet wide) to be incorporated into two of the abutting residential properties in Ward 6.

Office of Human Rights Rulemaking Authority Amendment Act of 2026
