Clarifies data-sharing for SNAP ABAWD time limit exemptions in the District of Columbia.

This resolution allows the Economic Security Administration to use data from the Family Services Administration to identify exemptions for SNAP ABAWD time limits. If an ABAWD customer is not exempt, they will begin to accrue months towards the three-month limit after screening. This resolution also aims to facilitate exempting customers from new Medicaid Community Engagement requirements set to go into effect in 2027.
