Establishes a task force to study voter participation and authorize municipal pilot programs to promote voter participation.

The bill establishes a task force to study efforts to achieve 100% voter participation in Connecticut by January 1, 2030. The task force will also explore means of enhancing civic engagement and experiences of jurisdictions with high voter participation. The task force will submit a report with recommendations to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly by February 1, 2027. The bill also authorizes municipalities to establish pilot programs to promote voter participation.
