Allows municipalities in Connecticut to jointly perform functions under an interlocal agreement.

The bill modifies Connecticut's general statutes to allow two or more municipalities to jointly perform any function each municipality can perform separately. This change takes effect on October 1, 2026, and applies to any municipality, district, or municipal district within the state. The bill also repeals and replaces Section 7-148cc of the general statutes.
