Connecticut SB00293 modifies the statute of limitation for personal injury caused by fraud in the provision of fertility care and treatment. The bill allows a lawsuit to be filed up to three years after the affected minor reaches the age of majority or three years after the fraud is discovered, whichever is later. This change applies to any cause of action arising from incidents committed on or after October 1, 2026.
