Requires study of long-term care needs in the state.
Directs the Commissioner of Social Services, in consultation with the Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services, to conduct a study of the state's long-term care needs. The study must be completed and reported to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly by January 1, 2027.
