SB00120

Connecticut SB00120 suspends inflation cost limitations for direct care costs in Medicaid-funded intermediate care facilities.

Connecticut SB00120 amends section 17b-340 of the general statutes to suspend the inflation cost limitation on direct care costs for Medicaid-funded intermediate care facilities. This bill aims to reduce financial burdens on these facilities by allowing them to adjust costs in response to inflation without restriction. The suspension is intended to provide more flexibility and financial stability to intermediate care facilities serving Medicaid patients.
