Allows municipalities to hold municipal elections in conjunction with state elections.

This bill allows municipalities to change their municipal election dates to align with state elections. Effective January 1, 2027, municipalities can choose to hold their elections in odd-numbered years or even-numbered years. The terms of incumbent officials will adjust accordingly. The bill also specifies the beginning dates for the terms of municipal officials and the town clerk.
