Allows courts to award reasonable attorney's fees in entry and detainer cases.

Connecticut HB05440 permits the court to award reasonable attorney's fees in entry and detainer cases. The complainant can recover costs and attorney's fees from the person complained of, with execution granted against them. This change repeals and replaces Section 47a-46 of the general statutes, effective October 1, 2026.
