Connecticut HB05363 amends the income threshold for tenants renting in set-aside developments. It specifies that tenants with income less than or equal to 60% of the median income can rent at an affordable rate. If the maximum monthly housing cost exceeds 100% of the Section 8 fair market rent, it must not exceed 100% of said Section 8 fair market rent. The bill also defines terms like "affordable housing development" and "assisted housing.
