An Act Concerning The Provision Of Notice To A Parent Or Guardian Of A Minor Child Who Seeks To Receive Pregnancy-related Health Care Services.

From the Legislature

To (1) require the provision of notice to a parent or guardian of a minor child who seeks to receive pregnancy-related health care services, and (2) establish a court process to determine if such notice must be provided in a situation involving a minor child who does not want such notice to be provided.
