Revises statutes to mandate that legal notices, previously required to be published in newspapers, must now be published on the municipality's Internet web site. This change applies to all municipalities, allowing for publication in either a daily or weekly newspaper in addition to the web site. The clerk of the municipality must retain a physical copy of each notice published online for one year. This measure takes effect starting October 1, 2026.
