Eliminates income thresholds for personal income tax deductions on Social Security, pensions, annuities, and IRA distributions.

This bill amends the state's general statutes to remove the qualifying income thresholds for personal income tax deductions on Social Security benefits, pension or annuity income, and distributions from individual retirement accounts. By doing so, it allows all taxpayers to benefit from these deductions regardless of their income level.
