Establishes the Wyoming-Ireland Trade Commission to promote bilateral trade and economic activities between Wyoming and Ireland.

The Wyoming-Ireland Trade Commission is created to advance and promote mutually beneficial activities between Wyoming and Ireland. The commission will focus on bilateral trade, joint policy actions, business and academic exchanges, economic support, infrastructure investment, and other opportunities for growth. The commission consists of nine members appointed by the governor, legislative leaders, and the Wyoming Business Council. Legislative members receive salary and reimbursement for expenses, while nonlegislative members are reimbursed for expenses only.
