This bill repeals the strategic investments and projects account, transferring its funds to the public school foundation program account. It also revises the limits on budget recommendations, makes conforming amendments, and repeals obsolete provisions. Effective July 1, 2026, all funds in the strategic investments and projects account, except for those in the Wyoming state penitentiary capital construction account, will be transferred to the public school foundation program account.
