Amends zoning protest process in Wyoming cities and towns.
Wyoming SF0117 amends the zoning protest process in cities and towns. It requires a change in zoning regulations to be ineffective unless approved by a majority vote of the governing body. This applies if more than one owner, owning or comprising 33% or more of the area of the lots, protests the change. The act applies to zoning changes made on and after July 1, 2026.
