Expands property tax exemption eligibility to honorably discharged veterans and active/reserve military members in Wyoming.

This bill amends Wyoming tax law to provide an ad valorem tax exemption for bona fide Wyoming residents who are honorably discharged veterans who served in the United States armed forces or the Wyoming national guard for at least 18 consecutive months. It also provides an exemption for active or reserve members of the Wyoming national guard or the United States armed forces who are in good standing. The exemption applies to the tax year beginning January 1, 2026, and is effective immediately upon becoming law.
