Wyoming SF0082 modifies the duties of registered agents by requiring them to maintain the names and addresses of each domestic entity's owners, including partners, members, and shareholders. This requirement applies unless the entity has more than 100 owners, maintains a fixed business location in Wyoming, is a decentralized autonomous organization, or is a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association. The act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
