Prohibits distribution of unsolicited absentee ballot request forms to qualified electors in Wyoming.
The bill amends Wyoming law to prohibit any person, except a county clerk, the secretary of state, or their designees, from distributing an absentee ballot request form to any qualified elector unless that elector specifically solicits the form. The prohibition applies to any document that claims to be or is deceptively similar to an official election document and is provided by mail, email, or any other means. The act becomes effective immediately upon completion of all necessary legal procedures.
