Its programs and funds are transferred to the State Budget Department, Wyoming Energy Authority, and other agencies. The council's broadband development program is transferred to the State Loan and Investment Board. The council's energy conservation improvement program is transferred to the Wyoming Energy Authority. The council's minerals to value added products program is transferred to the Wyoming Energy Authority.
