This bill mandates that public schools in Wyoming designate multiple occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters for exclusive use by either the male or female sex. Exceptions are made for custodial, maintenance, emergency medical assistance, caregiving, and school-sponsored activities. Coaches may enter locker rooms under specific conditions. Parents or guardians can sue for noncompliance. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
