Amends zoning protest process in Wyoming cities and towns.
Wyoming SF0040 amends the zoning protest process in cities and towns. It specifies that the width of any intervening street or alley is not included when determining the 140-300 feet distance for protest eligibility. The protest must be signed by more than one owner of 20% who can demonstrate a concrete and particularized harm and who either own 33% or more of the area of the lots included in the proposed change, or comprise 33% or more of the owners immediately adjacent within a distance of 140-300 feet.
