Wyoming SF0034 modifies existing laws to enhance roadside safety. The bill allows wreckers, roadside service, and tire repair vehicles to use flashing white and amber lights, and additionally, flashing red and blue lights at emergency scenes. It exempts these vehicles from the requirement to have a siren, whistle, or bell. The changes also mandate that drivers yield to these roadside service vehicles when they are stopped or moving slowly with visual signals. The amendments take effect on July 1, 2026.
